Coconut Oil

Description

Fractionated coconut oil has been processed in such a manner that it creates a light weight shiny oil.

Appearance

Yellowish, thin silky liquid. it may solidify in winters.

Texture

Fast-melting with a thin, silky skin feel. .

Fragrance

Nothing noticeable but mild coconutty

Uses

Fractionated coconut oil is inexpensive and lightweight with little to no scent. It can be used in almost any formula mainly wash off products because it is cheap.

It also works as a nice carrier oil for other expensive oils to work.

How to Use it ?

It is oil soluble, add it to your oil face it can also be cold compressed ( as seen in soaps)

Should you get it ?

Although it is not necessary but i would say you should have some in your starter kit as it works amazingly well and is friendly with almost all the other oils. Its very economical as well.

Recommended Starter Amount

I will recommend to start with 250ml you will get it for ₹200

Shelf Life

Stored somewhere cool, dark, and dry, It should last at least two years.

Refined/Unrefined

It comes in refined form only.

Alternatives and substitution

Other lightweight, inexpensive oils like safflower oil, or sunflower oil would be good choices.
